We spent a good amount of last week with my friend Robin. Her car was in the shop and she was stuck at home so we kept her company but of course we had a blast doing it. Robin and I have been doing 5 day workouts--we have just finished week two and we feel great. I am doing 3 days running on my treadmill (right now I am up to 3 miles) and then the other two days I do weights. When I exercise consistently I have SO much more energy! I also easily keep my water intake over 100 ounces a day, which was always a struggle. Week 3 starts tomorrow and I am looking forward to it! So, here are some pictures of Hannah playing with
