What is it with the salt? They have been doing great not getting into things so I slacked....I used the mouthwash and left the cabinet door open when into my bedroom to get dressed and when I came out---SALT---and laughter. Yes, I know it is fun to watch it pour out all over the place and to rub our hands in it and then rub our hands in our hair--so, I was calm and I just put them to work...after having them vacuum it up they washed my walls again. Hopefully it will be a while before we see something like this again. ( They did try to clean it up themselves before I came out of my room, as you can see the wipes they used about 20 wipes trying to clean it up. )

Your husband's aunt (Karen) gave me the link to your blog. I know her from a mommy board I go to, and I also have 3 girls who would probably get along very well with your 3 girls. My twins will be 3 in January, and my oldest will be 5 in a week and a half.
It would seem in the last month or so the girls LOVE to make messes! I've cleaned up so many that I'm about to go crazy, and it's usually not stuff I can let them clean up. It's zud or bug spray on my carpet or the matress pulled off my bed (my oldest can get it off the bed, but not back on), or stick pins and sewing needles all over the floor. Today, it was SOAP. All over my tile bathroom floor because while playing in soapy water they dropped the soap dispenser on the ceramic tile, and shattered it.
If they're alone for a second, there's a mess somewhere!
Also, no matter what I do, they don't understand they're being punished, so I just keep praying for strength and patience. (I think if I made them scrub walls and floors, they'd find that to be great fun.)
So, anyway, just thought I'd let you know that I totally hear where you're coming from. I feel like I live in a house of hurricanes on a daily basis..... LOL
