Grace like Rain

Can you feel it?!

It is pouring down all over you! Look up, close your eyes, taste it on your lips, and then take a drink from the only source that can satisfy your deepest longings.

God's grace is like rain pouring down all over me and my stains are COMPLETELY and TOTALLY washed away.

Blocks, Bikes, and Poenails

Poenails?! Yes, poenails...for some reason my girls call nail polish--poenails. I think it comes from toenails (never realizing that word was connected to your toes) then they took the word polish and put them together? I don't know...your guess is better than my own.

We are heading into the woods, as a family. The girls are getting their first introduction to camping. We waited till now to avoid the bugs, crowds, and the heat...there is nothing like cuddling up to a warm fire on a cold night...hot soup, hot chocolate, anything hot to eat...is great, when the temps are cool enough. It is just not the same for us in the summer. We are leaving early tomorrow to first hit the Deerfield fair and then head on up north to our spot. We will be there till Sun. (I heard that we should be expecting rain from Thursday night till Sunday, of course)
See you all next week!

Have a great time camping...I say AMEN to the fact that camping's awesome in cool weather opposed to summer!
PS: my poenails are in bad shape if any of your girls want to paint mine for me! :-)

I hope it was grand. It definitely sounds pretty cozy to me.

How cute, "poenails". lol We did our "poenails" today. :) "Poenails" reminds me of what my oldest calls my sister Lisa. When Bella was around 2, I asked her to say, "Auntie Lisa", she said, "Sahtie". liSA+aunTIE=SAhTIE. ;) To this day, we call Lisa Sahtie. :)
