Grace like Rain

Can you feel it?!

It is pouring down all over you! Look up, close your eyes, taste it on your lips, and then take a drink from the only source that can satisfy your deepest longings.

God's grace is like rain pouring down all over me and my stains are COMPLETELY and TOTALLY washed away.

Family

Hannah and Nora did attend the wedding. They really wanted to see the 'magic kiss'. (I have this book that I read them about saving your first kiss for your wedding day and to give it away like a special gift to that special person. So, they look at weddings in a new light now, and they get so excited to see that special kiss given away). After the wedding my great friend, Robin, came to pick them up...that was a wonderful help because Hannah and Nora don't do well with crowds.
My brother Chris, Ashley and the new addition in her belly.

My sister Michelle and Ross

of course Indy (my nephew)

My nephew, Ben, and sister Bree.

Flower girls

They are just adorable. Three cousins that look completely different. Brielle with her darker complexion and dark hair, Arielle with her blond, curly hair, and Emma with her red hair, and brown eyes.

Indy is walking around behind them trying to get into the photos as well.

The Day and Night before the wedding...hanging with family.

We all hung out at my brother's house the day before the wedding and we started off that time with some good ole' --redneck fun--. Now, my family--Smiths-- showed up while this was already happening, so we are not considered in that 'redneck' category. I just hate the whole 'redneck label' thing. Yes, they made a swing off of some of my brothers work equipment. The kids loved it, of course...and it even made for some 'adult' fun. Below is my brother Ben, he is contemplating whether or not to jump...I have a video I will post about this later, if I can get it working.

My brother Jerry beat me to a similar post about the picture below. Emma and Brielle have the 3 little ones (Hannah, Nora, and Arielle) sitting on the rock and it just really gave me the feel of Survivor. Emma was telling them stories, it was pretty cute.

My brother Chris playing us some tunes, while we sat around the fire.
Very tired girls
A 2nd wind....

A strange picture...trying to capture Ashely and my brother in law, Ross, in the same picture.
Emma and Brielle after almost an entire bag of marshmallows
Emma was actually saying in this picture..."Ummm, no kissing Brielle, no kissing Brielle." Brielle is all about the perfect pose and after every picture she wanted to see my camera to see how the picture came out.

My brother Ben playing us some tunes on his bongo.

My brother Danny, and sisters, Shell and Bree
(below) I have a few pictures like this that look kinda spooky...it was the smoke from the fire .

My brother in law--Ross, sister--Shell, and brother-Chris.

Bree. It was a fun night had by all. It is always nice to get together when everyone comes to town. Big families are a ton of fun for things like this.... Instant 'party' wherever we go.

Rehearsal dinner

We ate at a Japanese Restaurant in Andover, Mass. Emma was just amazed that they would cook right in front of us and her little eyes just lit up the entire time. I wish I got a better picture of her reactions when he was cooking.
(Below) This was how Arielle reacted....yes, she was terrified. When she saw the flames she freaked and it took them the rest of the time to calm her down.

(below) This was really cool. The place was at a railroad station so the train was 20ft from the window. The girls were just amazed by that. It felt a bit like Polar Express.
